High sugar content of the soft drinks you drink causes bacteria to develop which attacks your teeth as well.

People who drink three or more glasses of soft drinks daily have higher chances of dental decay, fillings and teeth loss. Soft drinks hence contain acid and sugar that corrode and destroy the teeth in one go. Thus, be careful of what you drink.
