The Sweet Tooth

Drinking soft drinks attributes to tooth decay. Carbonated drinks are acidic which erodes the enamel of our teeth and corrodes them.

High sugar content of the soft drinks you drink causes bacteria to develop which attacks your teeth as well.

People who drink three or more glasses of soft drinks daily have higher chances of dental decay, fillings and teeth loss. Soft drinks hence contain acid and sugar that corrode and destroy the teeth in one go. Thus, be careful of what you drink.

A spoonful of sugar?

How much sugar is there in a can of Coke?

The answer? A whopping 40.5 grams. That's right. 40.5 grams.

That's equivalent to 10 teaspoons of sugar. Better think twice before opening that can.
